The state Supreme Court ordered Friday that a newly formed committee can join a case that will determine the future of a constitutional amendment that would legalize recreational marijuana in Arkansas. Save Arkansas from Epidemic must submit its answer to the case’s original complaint by Monday at 4 p.m.
