More than enough: Responsible Growth officially exceeds signature requirement, on to next step

The secretary of state’s office confirmed today it has verified more than enough signatures for Responsible Growth Arkansas’s proposed amendment to legalize recreational marijuana to appear on the November ballot. The amendment’s ballot title and popular name must now be certified by the state Board of Election Commissioners at a meeting next week.
