New opposition group seeks to intervene in marijuana case at Supreme Court

The police chief of Fairfield Bay (Van Buren County) has formed a second group to oppose a recreational marijuana amendment and the group is attempting to intervene in the Supreme Court case that will determine whether votes should be counted on the issue. David Burnett, police chief of Fairfield Bay, filed paperwork this week to form Save Arkansas from Epidemic.
