Plaintiffs seek dismissal in case alleging fraud among cultivators and Little Rock lab, plan to refile

The plaintiffs in a federal lawsuit alleging fraud among three cultivators and a Little Rock testing facility have asked that the suit be dismissed but plan to refile it. The suit alleges that three cultivators conspired with Steep Hill labs to inflate the amount of THC on medical marijuana labels.
