New opposition group seeks to intervene in marijuana case at Supreme Court

The police chief of Fairfield Bay (Van Buren County) has formed a second group to oppose a recreational marijuana amendment and the group is attempting to intervene in the Supreme Court case that will determine whether votes should be counted on the issue.
