Circuit Judge Herb Wright denied the owner of an embattled Fort Smith cultivation facility from intervening in a case that could determine his business’ fate and denied him a new trial in the matter in a pair of rulings issued Monday.

The plaintiffs in the River Valley case have asked Judge Herb Wright to step in to enforce his orders and stop a revocation hearing from taking place later this month. The plaintiffs also say the state agency defendants should have to show cause as to why they shouldn’t be held in contempt.
