State Supreme Court airs grievances against marijuana commission



Earlier this month, the state Supreme Court reversed and dismissed a case over dispensary licenses in favor of the state Medical Marijuana Commission. A dissenting opinion authored by associate justice Courtney Hudson, and joined by associate justice Robin Wynne, aired some of the court’s frustrations with the commission’s “refusal to follow its constitutional mandate.”
