Snoop Dogg endorses Arkansas legalization proposal, encourages followers to vote November 3, 2022 By Griffin Coop The effort to legalize recreational cannabis in Arkansas got a boost this week from rapper and cannabis connoisseur Snoop Dogg who endorsed the legalization effort on Instagram where he has 77.3 million followers. Tuesday night, the marijuana aficionado posted a series of yellow tiles, saying “Arkansas, Vote Yes on Issue 4” and “On November 8, voters in 5 states can end cannabis prohibition.” Snoop added “F.y.i. Do what you got 2 do n vote.” Snoop Dogg also endorsed recreational marijuana proposals in Missouri, Maryland, North Dakota and South Dakota.
