Kenaga recently worked as the Fort Smith cultivator’s vice president of processing. According to his LinkedIn profile, Kenaga previously worked in the cannabis industry at Elf Extraction, Holos Botanica and Terpenetics in Oklahoma as well as Head of Honey and Kenaga Consulting. Kenaga started at River Valley Relief in August 2020, according to LinkedIn. River Valley Relief is one of eight cultivators in the state and announced last month that it was bringing the gummies brand Wana to the Arkansas market.
