Commission meeting today features changes at dispensaries October 6, 2022 By Griffin Coop The state Medical Marijuana Commission will hold its regular monthly meeting today at 4:30 p.m. to consider changes at three dispensaries and a processor. Osage Creek Dispensary and Good Day Farm Texarkana have notice items on the agenda and The Greenery of Fort Smith plans to ask for a change of location. The Greenery, formerly called Fort Cannabis, would like to move from its current location at 3904 Ayers Road in Fort Smith to 4520 Phoenix Ave. in Fort Smith. Dark Horse Medicinals has requested a change of ownership, according to the agenda. In May, the commission approved Osage Creek’s request to move from Fayetteville to Eureka Springs. The dispensary will be the first in the artsy Northwest Arkansas resort town. The meeting will also include a public comment period regarding rule changes concerning the way in which a commission decision may be reviewed, according to commission spokesman Scott Hardin. The proposed rule changes can be viewed here.
