Dr. Yes has a Good Day with Biscotti

I have been very impressed with the quality of the Cookies strains I have tried so far, but they are priced at a level that not everyone can afford. When I saw that Biscotti, a strain created by Cookies, was available as a GDF strain for $35, I jumped at the opportunity to sample some more Cookies genetics without putting as big of a dent in my bank account.

My eighth of Biscotti came in a small glass jar, which I appreciated because it protected the resinous purple and dark green flowers so well. Upon opening the jar, I was greeted with a very loud and funky odor that reminded me of sweet, rotting fruit combined with pine and diesel. While this strain certainly didn’t taste like actual biscotti, the flavor was very rich and there was a bit of a burnt coffee aftertaste that lingered for a minute after smoking. The effects were relaxing, which I was expecting for an indica dominant hybrid, but I was surprised at how giggly and uplifted I felt. I was in a jolly, unfocused haze for at least an hour before I was inspired to get comfortable on the couch with way too many snacks.

I was very impressed with Biscotti. My fear with the lower price point was that this would be a big step down in quality compared to the official Cookies strains, but it really wasn’t at all. I loved the potent smell, rich flavor and wonderful mood-enhancing effects. This is a great strain to consume if you are dealing with stress, anxiety or depression, but I would wait until everything on your to-do list is done. For a chance to try some great Cookies genetics at a budget price, I wholeheartedly recommend Biscotti by Good Day Farm.
